It is the goal of drupacity to transport the trends of the trade fair into the city and to make the latest developments of the print and media industry come alive. Some of the highlights in 2016 will be a 3D printer event programme in the city centre as well as a rolling 3D laboratory. However, also selected hotels, shopping arcades and restaurateurs are committed to the initiative with campaigns and platform events specifically created for drupacity. The programme is intended for exhibitors and visitors as well as for the citizens of Düsseldorf.
In June of this year, within the scope of the UFI Open Seminar in Europe in Istanbul, Destination Düsseldorf Veranstaltungs-GmbH successfully presented the “drupacity 2016“ concept as an international prime example regarding the topic of “Destination Marketing”.
