FEIGE FILLING on the Interpack 2008

On the “Interpack 2008” in Düsseldorf Feige will again present new developments and enhancements, thus proving their technological competence and their leading market position.
The core attraction will certainly be the presentation of the fully automatic “Plug & Fill” machine type 34 designed for the filling of pails and cans. The filling process is controlled through the patented product flow control developed by Feige. In interaction with the product pump the product flow control helps to minimise the filling time.
Furthermore, FEIGE FILLING will present the drum filling machine “Type 33” for the filling of steel and plastic drums. This machine can also be put into operation with least installation work and is fitted with the Feige quality components and an automatic bunging station. These benefits are combined with a remarkably low price offering the customer a quick “Return on Investment”.
“Plug & Fill“ and “ATEX conform“, these are the catchwords that Feige has realised with the pivoting pallet filling station “Type 16” to meet the particular demands on the market. Available in mobile or stationary design, the pallet filling station is used for the automatic filling approved for verification of drums and containers (or even IBC) on pallets.

Apart from the exhibits, the interested visitors of the “Interpack 2008” will also be informed about the new joint product of Haver & Boecker and its group FEIGE FILLING, combining the technology of both companies.

HAVER & BOECKER and FEIGE FILLING, the leading manufacturers of filling machines for bulk material and liquid and pasty products respectively, have succeeded in developing a fully automatic machine for now filling pasty products into plastic bags as well.

The multimedia screen will also show the most flexible filling robot of the world, the Feige “RobotFiller”, a 6 axes articulated arm robot with a real time camera system. The filling robot is available in four versions for optimum fulfilment of the customer’s requirements. Moreover, the robot offers utmost protection referring to product, environment and operating personnel.

Customised engineering and at same time a cost-effective range of standard components, units and concepts of control technique make Feige an attractive partner for large and medium-sized companies of the chemical and petrochemical industry, the building industry, paint and lacquer industry as well as food processing industry, packaging industry or forwarding agents.

FEIGE FILLING on the Interpack 2008“

On the “Interpack 2008” in Düsseldorf Feige will again present new developments and enhancements, thus proving their technological competence and their leading market position.
The core attraction will certainly be the presentation of the fully automatic “Plug & Fill” machine type 34 designed for the filling of pails and cans. The filling process is controlled through the patented product flow control developed by Feige. In interaction with the product pump the product flow control helps to minimise the filling time. Depending on the product features a filling output of up to 600 pails per hour referred to 20 l pails is feasible. In combination with automatic feeding systems such as accumulation tables, pail denester, automatic lid placer and capper, these machines can be extended to fully automatic packaging lines offering a quick “Return on Investment”.
Furthermore, FEIGE FILLING will present the drum filling machine “Type 33” for the filling of steel and plastic drums. This machine can also be put into operation with least installation work and is fitted with the Feige quality components and an automatic bunging station. These benefits are combined with a remarkably low price offering the customer even here a quick “Return on Investment”.

Apart from the exhibits, the interested visitors of the “Interpack 2008” will also be informed about the new joint product of Haver & Boecker and its group member FEIGE FILLING, combining the technology of both companies.

HAVER & BOECKER and FEIGE FILLING, the leading manufacturers of filling machines for bulk material and liquid and pasty products respectively, have succeeded in developing a fully automatic machine for now filling pasty products into plastic bags as well.

“LIFFS” is a fully automatic filling machine enabling the filling of pasty products into PE plastic bags via Feige filling valve with an output of 600 bags/hour and more (25 kg each). The combination of HAVER & BOECKER and Feige technologies leads to high-performance and high-speed filling of plastic bags, approved for verification.

The “RobotFiller” is suited to the filling of cans, pails, drums and IBC ranging from 10 to 10000 kg with liquid and pasty products. All these types of containers can either be transported one by one on a roller conveyor or arranged on a pallet. Without doubt, the robot can be called the most flexible filling equipment currently available on the world market first, thanks to the real time camera system which automatically identifies the positions of the filling orifices and moves the robot to the dedicated working positions and second, thanks to the fully automatic tool change. The “RobotFiller” can reach a nominal output of up to 60 drums per hour, referred to 200 l drums.

Customised engineering and at same time a cost-effective range of standard components, units and concepts of control technique make Feige an attractive partner for large and medium-sized companies of the chemical and petrochemical industry, the building industry, paint and lacquer industry as well as food processing industry, packaging industry or logistic providers.

For hazardous area operation Feige attaches great importance to the ATEX conformity of not only the filling equipment but also of all peripheral devices. All machines are subjected to the stringent certification as per quality assurance system EN ISO 9001

The customers world-wide are well attended to by the Feige’s headquarter based in Northern German, in Bad Oldesloe, and by the affiliated companies in France, Brazil, the USA and Singapore.
