The first fully automatic tool change for robotic top loaders

As an option, Paal adds a tool-magazine to the Top Loaders 6000 F Series. Tools for the different formats have their “home-base” in this magazine. For a size change, the robot would automatically “park” the current tool in the magazine, automatically pick up the new tool, then go back into full operation mode. This feature guarantees fast and quick change over as well as a safe storage of tools. No tool has to be carried manually – a big physical help for the operators. All electrical, mechanical, and other power supplies are connected fully automatic.

Handling mistakes of the operators are not possible anymore, as there is no handling needed. Paal offers this option for all ELEMATIC 6000 F-6 top Loaders with 6 axis.
