OYSTAR demonstrates flexibility

At this year’s "Gulfood 2012" trade fair in Dubai, OYSTAR is presenting several new cup filling machines, namely the forming, filling and sealing machine "M-F 14" from OYSTAR Erca as well as the universal rotary filler "B FS 5" and the vertical forming, filling and sealing (VFFS) machine "Flexi Bag 400" from OYSTAR Hassia India.

Engineered as a compact FFS machine, the "M-F 14" produces up to 14,000 cups per hour in the tightest of quarters. It fills a variety of products from stirred or set yogurt to desserts and Jell-O to juices and water. The cup sizes range from 5 to 150 grams. The forming, filling and sealing machine is also characterized by its simple application. Detailed training to learn how to operate the machine is not necessary; the customer can easily learn how to use the machine with the user manual.

Compact and universal

The "B-FS 5" is a product that is every bit as flexible! The universal filling and sealing machine featuring a rotary design fills preformed cups with a volume of up to 500 ml and can be used for all sorts of products. The products can be switched quickly and easily. This machine is characterized by its compact design, simple operation, short construction time and low spatial requirements.

OYSTAR Hassia India is also presenting a "Flexi Bag 400" (FB 400) vertical forming, filling and sealing machine. It operates continuously or intermittently with a moderate output rate and is designed to package smooth or flowing products into several component units. With that, the user can easily pack bags with sugar, salt and flour as well as rice and cereals or dairy products. The packaging sizes vary between 0.5 and 10 kg, depending on customer requirements. In addition, various dosing systems can be used at varying rates of filling speed.

The Gulfood event is one of the most important trade shows for nutrition, catering equipment and food technology in the Middle East. Last year, a total of 3,800 companies presented themselves to more than 62,000 domestic and foreign professional visitors.
