LABELX 140 - 250

LABELX is the new labeller projected with the concepts of the mechanical sturdiness, the simplicity and linearity for the paper-passage, and the attractive design. The new and important technical LABELX feature is represented by the paper drafting unit, which uses the draft-thrust concept eliminating the paper brake brush fitted in previous models, which reduced performances and requiring frequent adjustments. The reel holder is composed by a screw support roller, which keeps the label reel perfectly fixed between two sturdy anodized aluminum plates and by the efficient mechanical pre-unwinding system. It works by a step motor powered and controlled by three different electronic boxes. LABELX is available with 140 mm and 250 mm paper passage

LBX MODULAR DS

LBX MODULAR DS is an automatic labeling system for two labels application (front & back) onto plastic flacons and cans, glass bottles and pots, and for any other rectangular and cylindrical shaped product. It is equipped with two automatic labelers LABELX 140 or 250, a flat belt conveyor system with frame in stainless steel, a hold down device with brushless motorization and an electronic control unit completed with user friendly Touch Screen operator interface. LBX MODULAR DS can be accessorized with many different options: wrap around device, aligning system for oval base flacons, spacing device and thermal transfer units.

PRX 100 - 160

This is the industrial solution for printing and applying variable barcodes label with data control by PC in real time. Its sturdy design integrates high performing industrial printing engines, which are suitable to be positioned in auromatic poduction lines and packaging ones. PRX100-AL is available in 4" printing width and 200–300–400–600 dpi printing resolution‚ with real time applicators thanks to pneumatic pistons with fix stroke, or with self-dimensioning one, which can work by product contact or air-jet system. All the print engines made by DATAMAX, ZEBRA, SATO, AVERY, CARL VALENTIN can be integrated and can be equipped with Serial, Ethernet, and Wireless interfaces for remote control of texts, logos, bar codes, date and and other information that have to be printed on the applying label.
