As one of the world’s leading suppliers of vertical conveying systems and solutions, Apollo VTS harnesses the power of its expertise, proven field experience, innovation and state-of- the-art technology to constantly improve what is essential in vertical transport. Our broad range of high quality conveyors includes: • Spiral conveyors • Spiral curves • Vertical accumulation buffers • Bucket elevators • Monorail systems • Product twisters Spiral conveyors Spiral conveyors represent a proven reliable solution for vertical conveying of all types of packed products, where differential heights are to be covered. Spiral conveyors are the ideal solution for continuous vertical transport, where floor space is an issue. The spiral can convey loads up to 50 kg up and/or down at the speed of up to 60 meters per minute in a single or multiple lane execution. The Apollo Spiral Conveyors’ unique features are: • Flexibility of complete system • High throughput • One (1) drive • Specific chain slat arrangement • Low friction operation • Low noise level Monorail The monorail system is an excellent conveyor for packed products where differential heights and several curves are part of your system lay-out. Belt width ranges from 200 mm to 650 mm. Monorail systems are based on the low (100% roller) friction chain slat arrangement. Combined vertical conveying and horizontal conveying, including several curves with different radius can be facilitated in one, so called, 3D monorail system, powered by only one (1) drive. Product twister Product twisters are the perfect solution for an inline change of product orientation, during transport mode of product. Product twister can change the orientation of product either by 90° or by 180° depending on customer requirements. Product twisters are frequently used upstream of palletizers to ensure correct product orientation. Bucket elevators Bucket elevators are the solution for the transportation of bulk goods where vertical transport is required. Bucket elevators combine horizontal and vertical conveying in one installation. The product is fed into the buckets of the elevator. The buckets ensure that during vertical transport no damage, mixing or change of product composition is possible. |
