Validation Line The systems of the Validation line are designed in compliance with international guidelines on good manufacturing practises in the pharmaceutical sector (GAMP). Thanks to a series of controls and actuators, run by an advanced PCL electronics, set to also include the procedures laid down by the Code of Federal Regulation 21 par 11 (CFR 21/11), all the quality and safety requisites are guaranteed that are demanded by the pharmaceutical industry. All the systems of the Validation Line, System 1, System 2, the Seal and Vial System along with System 9 are created complete with a Validation Package, a collection of standard validation documents that reduce and speed up all the activities connected with validation, even in the event of customised demands: System 1 Validation System 1 Validation performs wrap around labelling on cylindrical products adopting a series of technical solutions that ensure max reliability in the labelling operations and overprinting of the label (management of controls and alarms, end of reel, ripping of backing paper, minimum and max load, control of successful labelling and overprinting, expulsion of the non conforming products). System Vial Validation System Vial Validation is specifically for vial labelling. The products are loaded by the operator and then automatically conveyed and channelled to wards a carousel, with special lodgings, up to the labelling station. The label is applied on the product as it passes and a rotating device completes the application, having the vial rotate around its axis. The successful labelling and overprinting checks see to the expulsion of the unsuitable products, that are collected in a special collecting bin. System 4 System 4 applies pressure-sensitive labels to the under-side of bottles and thermoformed containers. Products are moved forward by means of two side belts while the labelling head positioned below the conveyor belt applies the labels to products as they pass. This system can be equipped with a second labelling head for simultaneously labelling of the topside and also with hot printing units, such as Europrint or GSCE 46, to overprint variable data, or with heat printing units, such as Drintec or Drinspeed, to print barcodes and images. System 5 System 5 is specific for applying one or two front/back labels on quadrangular or elliptic products. Available in Basic and Full configurations, they are designed to be modular and flexible and, depending on production demands, can be equipped with medium or high speed labellers, a set of accessories, printers and, lastly, functions such as controls and alarms. System 5/2 Full ensures top performance thanks to management of a set of functions such as reel end control, tearing of backing paper, minimum and maximum product load, management of completed labelling and overprinting with ejection of unsuitable products. These parameters are displayed on an operator control panel. Whizzy Whizzy belongs to the series of feeders manufactured by Etipack and designed for packaging uses. Very compact and versatile, Whizzy can dispense a wide range of products, such as coupons, leaflets, CDs, booklets and any other flat object within 10 mm thickness into cartons, boxes or any other package. The brushless motor ensures a high production pace, with outputs attaining 450 pieces/minute. It can be easily installed within any packaging line, as its optional equipments grant a simple, precise and quick positioning; Whizzy can dispense products horizontally or vertically, according to the production requirements. |
