The COPACO group, founded in 1968, is a strategic alliance of mid sized packaging producers. The com petencies and resources of the independent members are pooled in the group. Joint activities in the group include product development, information technology, production technology, procurement management, quality management, logistic services, marketing and sales. Folding cartons, patient information leaflets and self-adhesive labels are produced and supplied out of one single source. Moreover, Karl Knauer offers complete packaging solutions - packaging idea, manufacturing, copacking and shelf replenishment - and offers a specialty packaging machinery department.
