Fit for the application of multiple self-adhesive labels on cylindrical, conical, oval and square-shaped containers, Leopard AD is available in different versions depending on the required production speed. The rotation of the containers achieved by means of a mechanical cam allows a precise positioning of the container-holding plates, which results in an accurate label application.
Leopard ADB features an electronic cam system. Every plate is equipped with an independent brushless servomotor regulated by a programmable driver. This system allows the plates to perform complex movements, guaranteeing the user a virtually infinite range of application in terms of container shapes and label dimensions – while making possible the construction of smaller machines. Further advantages of the electronic cam system are the possibility to include centering, controlling and coding devices, even at a later date.
Leopard AD and Leopard ADB are equipped with Jaguar self-adhesive labelling stations. These units are characterised by a solid structure, a double-contrast roller label-driving system, and an electronic circuitry developed to guarantee the most accurate label application even at the highest rates of production.
The non-stop application system provides a continuous self-adhesive label feed. This system consists of two parallel labelling stations for the application of the same label: once the reel on the first station is finished, the second station starts working, while a new reel is loaded on the first one. The overall production efficiency thus benefits from the elimination of downtimes usually needed for loading new label reels.
Every Leopard model can be assembled in 'mixed' versions featuring different application technologies.
