AKD-500 BLOCK CHOCOLATE FILLING MACHINE
ALPY Couverture Chocolate Filling Machine absorbs the chocolate from vessel and automatically fills the chocolate into the moulds at adjusted gramage.

Mould Feeding Magazine; moulds on magazine are automatically taken by pushers connected to the chain and pass through all other stations.
Mould Heating Tunnel heats the moulds to the filling temperature for easy demoulding and to have more shine products.
Chocolate Depositor is produced as pneumatically or servo motor controlled. Moulds come from mould heating tunnel is filled with chocolate at adjusted gramage. In pneumatic depositors gramage adjustment is done manually and in servo motor depositors gramage adjustment is done from PLC panel automatically.
In pneumatic system filling accuracy is ± % 0,5 – 1, in servo motor system filling accuracy is ± % 0,1. Lapel system on the depositor prevents dropping of the chocolate after filling process.
Speed controlled vibration unit destroy air bubbles in product and help spreading of chocolate in the moulds.
