ADC-600 DROP CHOCOLATE LINE

Alpy Drop Chocolate Lines are produced with different band dimensions depend on capacity of the lines. System includes depositor unit and cooling tunnel. Pistons move by servo motor and rack gear system. Rack gear system directly forward the servo motor power to the pistons without losing any power. Amount of pistons are changable depend on maximum product diameter.Gramage of the chocolate can be adjustable from PLC controll panel. Temperature of the product in vessel is kept at adjusted temperature by hot water circulation between vessel and hot water tank. Band lifting system is used for keeping of product shape after dropping process. Band stretching unit and pneumatic band centering system secure the working area of cooling tunnel. Tunnel covers are isolated and made of stainless steel materials.

Special Characetristics;
Directioning plate changing and piston cancelling is very easy during changing of the product dimension.  

Optional Equipments;
Double Color Drop Depositor; Two color drop depositor can be added to the system. By this way you can produce one color or two color drop chocolate on the same machine.

AKD-500 BLOCK CHOCOLATE FILLING MACHINE

ALPY Couverture Chocolate Filling Machine absorbs the chocolate from vessel and automatically fills the chocolate into the moulds at adjusted gramage.

Standard Stations on Couveture Filling Machine,
Mould Feeding Magazine; moulds on magazine are automatically taken by pushers connected to the chain and pass through all other stations.

Mould Heating Tunnel heats the moulds to the filling temperature for easy demoulding and to have more shine products. 

Chocolate Depositor is produced as pneumatically or servo motor controlled.  Moulds come from mould heating tunnel is filled with chocolate at adjusted gramage. In pneumatic depositors gramage adjustment is done manually and in servo motor depositors gramage adjustment is done from PLC panel automatically.

In pneumatic system filling accuracy is ± % 0,5 – 1, in servo motor system filling accuracy is ± % 0,1. Lapel system on the depositor prevents dropping of the chocolate after filling process.

Speed controlled vibration unit destroy air bubbles in product and help spreading of chocolate in the moulds.

NOUGAT-CARAMEL FORMER GROUP

There are 2 former drum for nougat and 2 or 4 former drum for caramel depend on last product. There are nougat conti mixer and caramel solid product ( nut,peanut ) mixer before forming drums.

Nougat  transferred to the former’s hoppers is spreaded over the conveyor band and then caramel is spreaded over the nougat and pass through the whole line. Special lubricating group of the formers prevent sticking of the products and easy seperating of products from the drums. Products over the drum are cooled by cold water circulating inside the serpantines of the drums. Scraber knives over the drums also help easy seperating of the products from drums.

Spereaded nougat-caramel product over the conveyor band pass through the bottom cooled cooling tunnel. Hard chrome coated drums is cooled by independent water cooling systems and automatically kept at adjusted temperatures. Nugat formers are cooled by - 25 0C water and caramel formers are cooled by + 5 0C cold water. 
Each former drums have independent motor-reductor unit with speed controll. Intervals between drums are adjustable to set the thickness of nougat and caramel.
