How does it work? In the Decoseam™ process, trimmed edges of the inner layer of the web are edge welded with zero overlap. A transparent reinforcing strip is then applied on to the side seam to add the required mechanical strength.

AISA was founded in 1962 to manufacture automatic internal lacquering equipment for aluminium tubes and aerosol cans.
After moving to its present location in Vouvry, Switzerland in 1971, Aisa developed its first laminate tube production machine. In the eighties, while continuing to build on its expertise in laminated tube technology, Aisa also entered the field of plastic tube heading machine technology.
In 2003, SIH Group is created incorporating Aisa as well as other companies active in the automation and packaging industry.
