T-shirt Bags

”T-shirt” Bags (also known as Vest Style Carrier Bags) are a very common type of shopping bag because their load capacity is high while the bags themselves are inexpensive. They are most often used for groceries and other fast-moving consumer goods.

Larger T-shirt style bags are used for household garbage because they’re strong and help reduce pollution.

These bags are manufactured mainly using HDPE with a thickness from 10 to 25 μm, but may also be made from Degralen or D2W, MDPE, Flexoseal, LDPE or Ecomater.

They can be made in a wide range of sizes, all of which are available with high resolution flexo - printing.

Die Cut Bags

The handles of these bags (also known as Punched Out Handle Bags) are cut directly into the foil without reinforcement. Thinner bags with die cut handles are suitable for light products such as medicines, cosmetics, and other small items.

Thick bags with die cut handles have become very popular recently, because they are strong and have a cleaner design.

This bags are also known as punched handle bags and can be made from a variety of polymer materials: LDPE, MDPE, HDPE, Flexoseal, Bi-Color, Degralen or D2W, Ecomater and others.

The bags may be produced to include a coupon for tear-off with a printed serial number.

They can be made in a wide range of sizes, all of which are available with high resolution flexo - printing.

Patch Handle Bags with Side Gussets

The reinforcement is bonded thermally from the inner side of the handle and makes it considerably more robust. The side gussets give an elegant look and at the same time ensuring sufficient volume.

They are made of LDPE, MDPE, Degralen or D2W or Ecomater.

The reinforcement piece is sealed thermally.

They can be made in a wide range of sizes, all of which are available with high resolution flexo - printing.
