750 Cut and Wrap Machines

The ‘750’ range are versatile cut and wrap machines, which has been designed for strength and durability, as well as ease of operation and low maintenance. The machine sizes, shapes, cuts to length and wraps toffee, fruit chew, bubble gum, or high boiled sugar fed in rope form from a Batch Roller/Rope Sizer or extruder. Versions of the ‘750’ machine can produce square, rectangular, round or cylindrical shaped sweets and lollipops, in various wrapping styles.

X-Pax Multi-pack Flowrap with Revolutionary Infeed

The A.M.P-Rose ‘X-Pax’ machine has been designed for single and multi-pack flowrap, and combines the flowrapping machine with the very latest in linear transport systems. The linear transport system, XTS, combines the benefits of both rotary and linear systems.

The revolutionary feeding on the multi-pack flowrap system allows individual product size, number of pieces in the pack, number of product layers, and pack length to all be changed at the touch of a button. Change over parts can therefore be eliminated entirely and downtime reduced to a minimum.

42 High Speed Cut and Wrap Machines

The Super 42HS is a high speed cut and wrap machine, which has been designed for strength and durability, as well as ease of operation and low maintenance. The machine sizes, shapes, cuts to length and wraps, toffee, chewy candy, bubble gum or high boiled sugar. The machine produces square, rectangular, or cylindrical shaped sweets. In the case of the ‘Super 42CW’ this is usually a round shaped sweet in the “whirl” (“kiss”) style.

The machines are capable of speeds of up to 1000 pieces/minute.

NR10 Neapolitan Wrapping Machine

The NR10 Neapolitan wrapping machine has been developed specifically to wrap small square and rectangular chocolates in fold wrap style, with or without band.

The Neapolitan wrapping machine has been designed to use either single or double wrappers. The outer paper is taken from a stack of pre-cut labels rather than the more common reel-fed systems. By using pre-printed labels, the chocolate manufacturer can pack small quantities of product, which is particularly useful for the smaller volume clients such as marketing promotions, corporate gifts etc.

As a result of its modular construction, the Neapolitan wrapping machine can be quickly and easily size-changed at a very reasonable cost.

The machine has been designed for ease of operation, low running costs and flexibility.

700-1000 Chocolate Moulding Line

The A.M.P Rose ‘one-shot’ chocolate moulding line can be made to produce all kinds of chocolate slabs and articles, for example with fruit or nut inclusions, or with wafer or biscuit inside. Due to their modular design these lines can also be extended at a later date, either to increase capacity or to add specific modules. For whole or chopped nuts for example an additional nut/chocolate mixer could be added as a simple retro-fit.

Pakasnax Multipack Wrapping Machine

The Pakasnax multipack wrapping machine is a horizontal form fill and seal machine, which has been specifically designed for multi-packing products such as bags of Crisps, Popcorn, Snacks etc.

Packing these products in the multipack wrapping format presents several challenges, the main ones being retaining the collation during the wrapping process, and keeping the cut-off of the wrapping material to an absolute minimum.

Thanks to the multipack wrapping machine design these objectives are achieved, and savings are therefore made by using less wrapping material, and as a result of minimal downtime and by the elimination of waste.

340-342 Cut and Wrap Stickpack Machine

The 340/342 is a medium speed cut and wrap stickpack machine, which has been designed for strength and durability as well as ease of operation and low maintenance. The machine sizes, shapes, cuts to length and wraps toffee, chewy candy, bubble gum or high boiled sugar in end or under fold style. The individually wrapped pieces are then collated into the desired number of pieces and over-wrapped into a ‘stick’, with heat sealed and folded ends. The ‘342’ presents the products in flat pack, whereas the ‘340’ machine provides an ‘on-edge’ presentation.

The cut and wrap stickpack machine is capable of up to 600 individual pieces/minute, or 180 sticks/minute.

BR46 Batch Roller

The BR46 batch roller has been updated with new features on the unit, which have improved the access to the machine, assuring cleaning is easier and less time consuming.

The BR46 batch roller machine has increased capacity too 100kg (un-pulled). We also still supply our 70kg batch rollers for smaller capacities. Heaters have been conveniently positioned in the side of the machine to prevent build-up of debris and to allow easy cleaning and replacement.

The BR46/RS68 combination can form part of a complete A.M.P Rose hard candy forming line, or be arranged as part of a line with the ‘750’, ‘ICW’, ‘ELW‘ and ‘Super 42HS’ range of cut and wrap machines.

The machines can be supplied in left-to-right or right-to-left configurations, with the feed and discharge heights to suit the Client’s requirements. Adjustable feet are fitted to both machines for minor height adjustments and levelling.

The Batch Roller and Rope Sizer can also be supplied as separate machines for use in any other confectionery application.

RS68 Rope Sizer

The RS68 have been updated with new features on the units, which have improved the access to the machines, assuring cleaning is easier and less time consuming.

The RS68 sizing roller boxes are from modular construction, allowing easy modification or future retro-fitting. With the new design, the roller boxes are simple and fast to dismantle for maintenance purposes. The RS68 can be supplied mechanical or servo driven.
