The automatic Stretch Hooder MH3 (Patented pending) is a machine where in a single unit is possible to perform the products package through hooding phase with stretch film, without heating.
Technical Data It is possible to have up to three rolls of film, with the possibility to handle up to three different sizes or to use the automatic changing function of the same format roll.
The service transport made for the machine (option) normally is dedicated. It is equipped by a lifting system (option); this solution gives the advantage to have the right reinforcement of the film under the pallet.

The only machine with mechanically-controlled pre-stretch system that can be adjusted from the operator panel.
It can reach an output capacity of 140 pallets/hour. Film reels weighing up to 40kg can be mounted in the motorized prestretching trolley with consequent increase in machine autonomy with respect to traditional machines. The prestretch system adjustment components do not rotate with the ring but are fixed on the structure. The cut, clamp and film sealing system that allows wrapping of pallets with regular and different sized pallets.
The combined shrink hooding machine SH51 applies the hoods with tubular heat shrinking film to palletized products. Messersi offers in a single unit the best solution for the preparation, opening and placement of hoods, made from tubular films with side bellows, together with a high quality heat shrinking via an innovative ring-type hot air generator. The machine combines and synchronizes three distinct and independent phases (preparation of the tubular film - the transfer of tubular film - hooding and heat shrinking), merging them together in a single process that minimizes the downtime of the various devices, providing exceptional levels of productivity (up to 140 packs per hour). The gripping and handling system of the tubular film is independent from the heat shrinking system: this way, the heat shrinking phase will not interfere with the gripping phase, ensuring therefore a maximum reliability in terms of wear resistance of the components and cables.
