A group of experience packaging engineers and management with diversify background, passion to innovation and believe in simplicity, wanted to approach some basic problems existed in the packaging material industry with a new and simple perspective: a total solution through innovations to combine space saving CIP process, affordable green material and user friendly system.
Nuevopak was formed with a mission to find the total solution. After few years of intensive research, development and testing, several patents were filed globally.Flexible Protective Paper Packaging Systems (FP3S) were launched, which comprised of 3 series:
(i) PadEasi system developed for cushioning and block & bracing applications;
(ii) FillEasi system developed for void-filling applications;
(iii) WrapEasi system developed for wrapping applications.
These 3 systems since launching have been very well accepted by different markets globally. Other innovative packaging system projects have also been initiated and could be expected to be launched in near future.
It has always been a classic concept in the market that environmental friendly and ergonomic or user friendly products have to be more expensive. Rather than a classic concept, we believe it is more a misconception.
Our innovative design and business approach make the FP3S systems using the most natural and earth friendly recycle kraft paper to produce the packaging material for flexible in-the-box packaging needs at a much lower price than our competitors.
The digital controller of our systems is using the state of the art programmable logic control and a touch screen which makes operations very user friendly. That is why we call our systems - PadEasi, FillEasi, and WrapEasi.
Every place on earth in general has become more crowded and populated. Space has become more demanded and expensive. Packaging material usually is very bulky therefore is costly to store and deliver. We tackle this space saving problem with a new approach: Conversion-In-Place or CIP for all our system design and material. Our systems can produce packaging material that is many times by volume than the raw material. That is a tremendous saving in space and cost.
