HQ Digital – THE DEVELOPMENT OF A WORLDWIDE NOVELTY
Following in-depth market analyses and over a year of development work, TEUFELBERGER, together with a partner for printing technologies, will debut its groundbreaking HQ Digital at the upcoming Interpack expo. This technology constitutes a quantum leap forward in applying print to strapping. Using 4C digital printing, HQ Digital allows users for the first time to print lettering, logos, texts, and photorealistic graphics on strapping. By launching this novelty, TEUFELBERGER again demonstrates its technology leadership and consolidates its position as an innovative partner for strapping solutions. This new technology allows TEUFELBERGER to move into new market segments and differentiates it firmly from the competition.
BENEFITS OF THE NEW HQ Digital TECHNOLOGY
Digital printing amazes users with its high printing quality and short setup times, as it eliminates the need for previously produced printing plates. As a consequence, the production of small batches and customized patterns on a wide variety of strappings is not a problem, either.
Printing with HQ Digital combines the following four aspects in a single product:
- Promotion – Differentiation from the competition through customized designs including photos, logos, and texts. Your strapping is turned into an eye catcher and a marketing tool.
- Identification – Customized identification of the goods with bar codes or serial numbers for tracking purposes.
- Safety – Protection against theft, as the straps cannot be closed again. This ensures that the goods will arrive in their originally packaged state.
- Service – Provision of advice regarding the selection of the suitable printing method, layouting, the Online Layout Configurator, and sample prints.
LAYOUT CONFIGURATOR AND OTHER HQ Printing SOLUTIONS
Would you like to design your own print layout? The Online Layout Configurator at www.teufelberger.com/configurator makes it possible: Select the suitable strapping, upload logos, photos, or text, position the elements in the pattern area, and create an inquiry directly via the website. In addition to HQ Digital, TEUFELBERGER's HQ Printing portfolio also includes the HQ Mono and HQ Inkjet technologies. The HQ Mono single-color printing technology is perfectly suited for printing lettering and logos on TEWE® PP strapping, while HQ Inkjet was developed for printing of serial numbers or text on TYCOON® PET strapping.
