Dear Sir or Madam, We are delighted to welcome you as an exhibitor at interpack 2026! What’s next for you as an exhibitor? After the planning phase is completed, we will gradually send out stand information via email between June and August 2025. We kindly ask for your patience! We have made great efforts to accommodate your stand requests and will share the details of your stand space for interpack 2026 as soon as possible. After you receive the stand information email, you are welcome to schedule an online (or in-person meeting) with us to discuss any details. Please note that we are unable to provide any stand-related information before the allocation process is complete. You’ll find the respective contact person in our team in the email containing your stand information. Key dates for your participation at interpack 2026:
- Admission to the Online Portal featuring options for advertising presentation: early September 2025
- Admission including hall plan and stand details and access for all (also technical) orders in the Online Order System of interpack 2026: End of September 2025
- Stand rental invoices: From November 2025 onwards, invoices will be sent out and will also be accessible in the Online Order System (OOS). Important: Please always verify your invoices in the system to avoid potential fraud!
