interpack will take place from 04 to 10 May 2023 at the Düsseldorf Exhibition Centre. This year we would like to offer you the opportunity to present your trade media at the trade press stand on site as well as at our newly developed online trade press stand.
What we offer?
On Site: The Trade Presse Stand
At the trade press stand you have the opportunity to display up to 250 free copies of your trade magazines. Our stand staff will take care of the coordination and replenishment of the magazines.
Digital: New Online Trade Press Stand
The Online Trade Press Stand is a new digital offer from Messe Düsseldorf. Participation allows you to expand the presence of your trade medium on our interpack Portal. And not only that, you can reach your readers even before the trade fair starts. The online trade press stand will be online before the trade fair and also visible three months after the end of interpack 2023 in the section, Visit.
All online trade press stand participants are also kindly requested to fill out and return the Media Info Form and your logo in JPEG-Format (350 x 200 Pixel) by 31 March 2023 to the interpack press team HatzigiannidisA@messe-duesseldorf.de.
All online trade press stand participants must complete the Media Info Form digitally. Forms filled in by hand will not be accepted.
Please understand that only trade media can participate. Advertising material as well as writings with religious, political, ideological or other non-topic-related content are excluded from participation. Messe Düsseldorf reserves the right to reject media that do not comply with the regulations.
What does participation cost?
300€per Title: participation Trade Press Stand (Messe Düsseldorf does not cover shipping costs and customs.) 200€per Title: participation Online Trade Press Stand 400€per Title: participation Online Trade Press Stand and On SiteTrade Press Stand
You can display up to 250 free copies of your trade journal on site. The costs of delivery will be paid by you. You will be invoiced for the amount after the fair.
Unfortunately, any copies left over after the end of the fair cannot be returned for cost reasons. Therefore, please ensure that any remaining stock is collected in good time.
How can I deliver my magazines? When should they arrive?
Please send the copies of your magazines (max. 250 copies) between 24 and 28 April 2022 free of charge and duty-free for us to the forwarding company Kühne & Nagel. Until the trade press stand is set up, your magazines will be stored at Kühne & Nagel and then delivered from there directly to the trade press stand.
Please remember to clearly mark your boxes/pallets with the keyword “Trade Press Stand interpack 2023.
