Bossar Packaging has established a joint venture with Wraptech Machines Pvt. Ltd, for the production and marketing of Bossar machines in India. Wraptech, located in Mumbai, are involved in the manufacture of Vertical Form Fill Seal, Stick Pack and Multi Lane packaging machines and have more than 25 years experience in their field. The company has an extensive sales network spread throughout India and exporting their machines to 35 countries including SAARC region. Up until recently, Wraptech was the exclusive agent of Bossar in India and after some extremely positive results in marketing Bossar machines, both parties decided to reach an agreement to establish the joint venture.

Bossar India Ptv. Ltd. is located in Mumbai, sharing facilities with Wraptech Machines and its purpose will be to manufacture the mechanical B series horizontal packaging machines, under the Bossar brand, for local customers. With this joint venture, Bossar expects to be closer to its customers in India, to offer a better service and provide the same quality of machines presently manufactured in Barcelona, without customers having to pay import charges.

Bossar India Ptv. will also offer technical service to the entire area of Southeast Asia, and will provide training and spare parts supply.
