The medium-sized film manufacturer DUO PLAST reached number 23 in the WirtschaftsWoche ranking and thus is one of the top innovators of German SME.

The munich-based management consultancy Munich Strategy Group (MSG) assessed on behalf of the well-known German business magazine WirtschaftsWoche about 3,000 companies concerning their innovation capacity. As a part of the exclusive study Germany's most successful and innovative SME were analysed and many interviews with experts were held. DUO PLAST AG reached number 23 in the chart with its innovative concept.

Assessment criteria, among other things, were the number of new products and their market opportunities as well as the achievements of the company. But it was also important for the rating how deep the innovation culture is rooted in the company.
