ELSNER LOOKS FORWARD WITH NEW STRATEGIC PLAN

With a full year under the leadership of its new President and CEO, Bertram Elsner, II, Elsner Engineering Works, Inc. is pleased to share its revised mission and vision with customers, partners and industry friends. Immediately after assuming the top leadership role at Elsner, Bert led the management team in an effort to redefine the company’s strategic goals to ensure all departments were united in moving the company into its 80th year.

The Elsner team worked on refining the company mission statement, wanting to find a charge that was a clear representation of the corporation and those who are a part of it.

At the end of the sessions, the team agreed that ‘Innovative converting equipment, second to none’ accomplishes that goal. Bert Elsner states, “We want to be our customers’ first choice for their machinery needs. We take pride in what we do and will not settle for anything short of being the best. The new mission statement is clear and present throughout the organization. Every employee has been challenged to give their best at all times while being shown how their quality affects the customer’s experience with our products.

Hand in hand with the mission statement is the new corporate vision statement. This new presentation is felt to capture the company’s forward-looking plan:

“As the worldwide choice for converting machinery, we will leverage teamwork, accountability and craftsmanship to exceed customer expectations and build brand loyalty.”

With a strong strategic plan in place, the Elsner team is ready to meet the challenges of its 80th year and beyond.
