Make-up: a product both liquid and thick

Composed of pigments, liquid make-up is thicker than most traditional liquid cosmetics. Filling this type of product is a complex process due to its viscosity on the one hand, and the narrow neck of the bottle on the other.

PKB technology perfectly satisfies these viscosity constraints thanks to filling-nozzles specially designed by PKB. These nozzles can handle all the various textures of foundations (oily, sticky, stringy) while adapting to any diameter of bottle neck.

Another key feature of the PKB machine is its fully optimized design which allows to change formats easily and quickly in less than 10 minutes:

• Cleaning-in-Place (CIP), in masked time, thanks to a dual filling circuit : while one of the filling circuits is in action, the other is simultaneously being cleaned in parallel, and vice-versa.


• Accurate and simple torque changeover thanks to the servodrive technology.


• Only one vibratory bowl to feed all of the different types of dispenser pumps, using smart multiformat rail guide allowing ultra-quick changeovers.


• Multiformat deposit carrousel for dispenser pumps that reduces to a minimum the setting and adjustment time at this station.
