HEUFT SYSTEMTECHNIK GMBH is showcasing innovative solutions for increased precision and operational reliability during the in-line inspection of food and pharmaceutical products at the interpack 2014 exhibition in Düsseldorf. The highlights on Stand C04 in Hall 11: the unique, pulsed X-ray technology for a wide range of applications and a new highly automated device platform which makes the user's life simply easy.

All in all six devices can be experienced in action when HEUFT makes its appearance at the interpack exhibition. Thus trade visitors can gain an impression of their performance for themselves. The main emphasis is on the X-ray systems which work with unrivalled care and precision. Their application scope ranges from checking unpackaged raw products and inspecting empty containers exactly to identifying foreign objects reliably in the ready packaged final product.

In addition the HEUFT SPECTRUM II will be shown at interpack 2014 - the new generation of highly automated, self explanatory inspection systems. Almost 30 years after the introduction of the first generation of this overall platform for modular inspection systems at the interpack 1987 exhibition its sustainably further developed second successor sets completely new standards - with a significantly increased degree of automation and computing power, even more precision when tracking, identifying and rejecting faulty products and the new HEUFT NaVi user guidance. Personalised, focussing on what is essential and with extensive audiovisual support it makes it simply easy for the user to operate HEUFT devices of the latest generation without any previous knowledge.

Two of them will be presented in action at the interpack exhibition; the HEUFT InLine II IXS X-ray assisted empty bottle inspector and the HEUFT SPECTRUMIIVX fill management system. The latter is equipped with the new HEUFT e-mono for a container rejection without compressed air.

In addition three systems of the HEUFT eXaminer series with pulsed X-ray technology as well as the HEUFT spotter PH for an optical all-around inspection of pharmaceutical containers filled with parenteral drugs can be seen in action on Stand C04 in Hall 11of the trade fair.
