Designing production processes efficiently and conserving resources
Wolfertschwenden, February 2, 2023 - At interpack 2023 MULTIVAC will be presenting itself as a holistic solution provider for the "Packaging and Processing" sector. The group of companies will be showing its comprehensive portfolio on a total of four exhibition areas in Düsseldorf, for food as well as for medical and pharmaceutical products. The focus is on innovative, sustainable processing and packaging solutions as well as digital services that help to make production processes efficient and resource-saving.
The main stand in Hall 5 (Stand A23) is aimed primarily at the food processing industry. In addition to various packaging technologies, MULTIVAC will be demonstrating its extensive automation expertise there using the example of several fully automated packaging lines. Concepts for the production of sustainable packaging solutions and solutions for the digitalization of processes and business models will also be presented. In addition, MULTIVAC will provide an insight into its wide portfolio of semi-automatic and automatic packaging solutions for small and medium-sized converters - from chamber machines and tray sealers to compact thermoforming packaging machines. Last but not least, visitors can learn about packaging consulting and post sales services at the booth.
On an area in the outdoor area (in front of Hall 4) MULTIVAC will be demonstrating various processing solutions from the MULTIVAC Group in live operation. These include a new slicer, a portioning system including product loading into trays and a flowpacker line for packing minced meat.
In Hall 3 (Booth C04), FRITSCH will present solutions for dough band forming and preparation. True to the motto "FRITSCH - Your first choice for tasteable quality", the focus will be on the end product and the freshly baked baked goods. In numerous LIVE baking shows at the trade fair stand, visitors to interpack will experience first-hand the delicacies that can be produced on FRITSCH Bakery Technologies' machines and systems. The main focus will be on creative product innovations and the use of alternative as well as healthy raw materials.
In addition, MULTIVAC will be presenting solutions for the packaging of medical goods and pharmaceutical products in Hall 16 (Stand C57). A fully integrated packaging line for the automated production and labeling of combination packs for the medical and pharmaceutical sectors will be on show.
