NEW CAN SEAMERS FROM ZILLI & BELLINI
Zilli & Bellini starts to project machine for food industries since 1962.
Thanks to continuous efforts in research and development we are now in the position to purpose different suitable solutions to the food industries for filling food into rigid containers: glass jars and bottles, alluminium cans and tin plate cans, plastic jars and bottles
We invest on the engineering to make easier and simpler to clean the machines.
Our R&D team is always available to test new products and containers with our prototypes.
Cleaning, filling accuracy and higher sanitary standards are the focus in Zilli & Bellini fillers and seamers.
During 1990 we introduced on the market the new Zilli & Bellini seamers for food and beverage industries. The constant work of reserch and development give us yhe chance to develop a new seamers concept linked to the today demand from the food and beverages industries. A grate succes is for us to have a very strong position in the meat sector.
Our seamres can easily close stainless steel, aluminium or composite cans.
The lids can be open top, easy open or easy peel type.
We can purpose seamers up to 10 heads to reach the speed of 900 container per minute.
The construction is completely made of stainless steal. The main characteristic of our seamers is the very high rigidity of the structure respect of our competitors. The very strong base and structure guarantee a very long life, constant seaming parameters and low maintainance. The lubrication is automatic even for the seaming rolls. This means to improve the life of the machines and to minimize the maintenance costs.
The automatic lid feeder has level sensor to check the lid presence.
The machine stops automatically in case of shortage of lids. Each lid is fed from the magazine only if the the corrisponding can is present.
Before to close the cans we can inject under cover: steam, CO2 or LN2.
The customers appreciate the very friendly way to use the Zilli & Bellini Seamers.
The enginering is made thinking to have a very quick change over and maiinteinanace. In our duplex series it is possible to change size from one can diameter to a different one in less than 30 minutes. Different can heigh can be set and called from the touch screen panel.
Several accessories are purposed for lids teratments if requested for particular applications.
The deasign is very higenic and clean without the presence of dead spots and with the possibility of a very easy cleaning. The new Zilli & bellini seamers can be equipped with an automatic cleaning system, driven by the PLC including different phases.
