This year at Interpack, Technophar will be displaying one of its newest Next Generation innovative models—a fully integrated soft gel encapsulation machine, the SGM612NextGen® model. This commercial scale soft gel machine features a modular design with an integrated electrical panel and chiller inside with improved parts changeover, easy maintenance, and cleaning. It features servo motors and electronic gearing for increased reliability and reduced downtime. Includes a user-friendly programmable logic controller (PLC) and touchscreen user interface providing easy access to and control over all the process parameters. This standalone unit can be easily integrated with current soft gel processing equipment and is suitable for laboratories, research institutions, food factories, nutraceutical facilities, and other related industries.
