5-Minute Complete Changeover – Live at Interpack

At Interpack 2026, FlexBlow will demonstrate the industry's fastest lab blow molding changeover.

Visitors will see a complete format change in just 5 minutes - including mold and neck - performed live on the FlexBlow lab stretch blow molding machine.

The demonstration will run five times every day, showing how the system enables extremely fast product development and testing cycles while maintaining full industrial process logic and stability.

Despite its compact footprint of less than 5 m², the machine supports containers from 10 ml to 20 L and neck finishes from 12 to 120 mm, covering nearly the full range of PET bottle applications.

These live sessions reveal a new standard in development-scale blow molding: industrial capability combined with unmatched changeover speed.
