ATP Packaging integrates into Mondragon Assembly, marking a new stage of growth.

At ATP Packaging, innovation and customer proximity have always been the pillars of our growth. After 30 years of developing complete packaging lines and automated packaging systems, we are pleased to announce a significant milestone in our history: our integration into the Mondragon Assembly Group.

This agreement strengthens our value proposition, enabling us to continue providing the technical excellence for which we are known, but with greater global reach and resources. On 19 February, Mondragon Assembly acquired 100% of ATP Packaging's capital in Barcelona, complementing its current technological strengths and taking a key step in its business diversification. This gives Mondragon Assembly direct access to the food packaging sector, especially the manufacture of picking and case packing lines.

Both companies have identified a high level of convergence and synergy in their activities and are embarking on a new joint chapter with immense potential for development and expansion in the market.

ATP Packaging is bringing Mondragon Assembly into the food packaging sector as an established partner with extensive sector experience, a solid presence among key customers, high-tech, high-quality products and a strong professional team. On the other hand, integrating with Mondragon Assembly enables us to join a well-established group. This gives us access to new markets through its international network, as well as to its resources, financial capacity and management systems as a group with multiple plants and locations.
