Advanced Solutions for the Evolution of Supply Chain Transparency in Life Sciences and Cosmetics from Antares Vision Group

At Interpack 2026, the Group showcases an integrated ecosystem that transforms packaging into a strategic hub for inspection, traceability, and authentication in the Life Sciences and Cosmetics sectors.

Advanced Inspection

In quality control, Antares Vision Group will showcase at Interpack 2026 its most advanced automated inspection solutions:

  • In-line Leak Detection for Aerosol (LDA): monitoring aerosol products (sprays, foams, or fine mists) in cosmetics and pharmaceuticals; 
  • Blister Filling Control (BFC) with AI: artificial intelligence enhances visual inspection, reducing false rejects; 
  • Pinhole Detector: 100% inspection of pharmaceutical blister forming and filling processes; 
  • Automated inspection of pre-filled syringes (CY series): high-accuracy solutions for advanced applications; 
  • Inspecta: software suite for managing quality controls based on smart cameras and sensors. 


Serialization, Aggregation, and Smart Packaging

On the traceability side, the Group presents serialization and aggregation solutions designed to ensure regulatory compliance and end-to-end visibility of product flows:

  • Print & Check AIO (All-in-One): integrated system combining serialization, checkweighing, labeling, laser printing, and tamper-evident application, equipped with the Smart Clearance system to optimize end-of-batch operations and reduce downtime; 
  • Solutions for international markets: technologies ensuring compliance with major global standards, including specific requirements for the Russian market; 
  • Automated aggregation: integration of aggregation kits into case packers to ensure data continuity along the supply chain; 
  • Cold Chain: systems for monitoring transport and storage conditions to safeguard product integrity.


Digitalization and centralized management

Among the Group’s innovative technologies on display, DIAMIND Line enables real-time performance monitoring, alert management, and centralized recipe management, with the ability to integrate with enterprise systems.


Antares Vision also strengthens its commitment to the cosmetics sector with inspection solutions for quality control and, through DIAMIND Connect, traceability solutions for more effective, secure, and transparent supply chain management. DIAMIND Connect is a modular, scalable platform compliant with Digital Product Passport requirements, supporting sustainability and anti-counterfeiting efforts. It integrates with existing IT infrastructures and enables monitoring of raw materials in compliance with safety standards.
