Anniversary awards ceremony

PilenPak values its employees' many years of service and the added value they bring to the company. In this context, an "anniversary bonus" of a fixed amount was paid out in 2025 for each full year of service based on length of service; the employees' contributions were recognized at an organized ceremony.
