Hygienic design meets maximum functionality

The SHP9000 sets new standards in terms of hygiene: Available in two sizes (18.5" and 23.8" Full HD), the SHP9000 combines razor-sharp display, tempered glass with shatter protection film and maximum durability - for full control even in the most demanding environments.

The fully enclosed stainless steel housing (V4A) is designed without joints or screws. In combination with protection class IP69, the Panel PC is dustproof, waterproof and resistant to standard cleaning agents, alkalis and acids. This makes the SHP9000 ideal for use in hygiene and cleanroom-critical areas. Cleaning is therefore residue-free and time-saving - a clear advantage for short cleaning cycles and demanding processes.

The ergonomic turn-tilt function of the tube adapter also allows tool-free adjustment and ensures a comfortable workplace - a key factor for ergonomic operating concepts in machine control.

Powerful technology for demanding applications

Equipped with 13th generation Intel® "Raptor Lake" processors (5 or 10 cores) and fanless passive cooling, the SHP9000 offers a powerful and long-term available platform for industrial applications. A key benefit: the hardware platform is designed for an availability of ten years. Supplemented by regular CPU updates, the SHP9000 is ideal for long-term investment security.

Numerous interface options and optional wireless technologies such as WLAN, Bluetooth and RFID offer the greatest possible flexibility for connecting to machines, peripherals or control systems. Thanks to the integrated Big-LinX® Edge Client, secure remote maintenance and data connection is possible directly - without any additional gateways. This makes the SHP9000 a future-proof interface between man, machine and digital infrastructure.

Flexible adapters and accessories for maximum integration

The SHP9000 also impresses when it comes to installation and expansion options with well thought-out functionality: a suitable adapter concept is available for every installation situation.

Thanks to the innovative mounting options, such as the VESA adapter with hygienic silicone cable gland or the tilt and turn adapter for connecting pipes from above or below, flexible integration into existing production lines and machines is guaranteed. The bracket for a multi-screen setup completes the mounting portfolio to ensure installation in different environments.

The accessories and expansion concept is just as modular: accessories specifically designed for hygiene aspects and thorough cleaning can be attached via a robust bayonet connection. These include an additional button module for hardware buttons for the integration of an emergency stop, for example, a keyboard shelf, a scanner holder or an externally screwed USB slot can be attached without tools.

This means that the SHP9000 can be perfectly adapted to individual work processes and industry-specific requirements - without any time-consuming conversions or additional installations.
