The Korea Packaging Machinery Association (Chairman Kim Jong-woong) announced on the 12th that it participated in 'Gulffood Manufacturing 2025' held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates from the 4th to the 6th, and met with the Vice President of the Dubai World Trade Center (DWTC), the exhibition organizer, to discuss joint cooperation plans.
At the meeting, plans to expand exchanges in packaging industry exhibitions between Korea and the Middle East and promote joint cooperation programs were discussed, and synergy with 'KOREA PACK 2026' to be held at KINTEX in 2026 is also expected.
The Korea Packaging Machinery Association (KPMA), which led the Korean Pavilion, and Kyungyon Exhibition (CEO Kim Young-soo) set up a separate promotional booth for 'KOREA PACK 2026' and also conducted promotional activities targeting overseas buyers on site in Dubai.
Gulf Food Manufacturing is the largest exhibition in the Middle East, attracting approximately 2,500 exhibitors from 79 countries and 55,000 visitors. Eight leading packaging machinery companies, including Daeun Industrial, Young Tech Pack, Repack, Comas, Handok, DC Pack, Vintech, and Now Systems, participated in the Korean pavilion, showcasing their technological prowess.
