Meet our attending team - Dàlia Serrat Area Manager for the Nordic countries and Eastern Europe

Let us start introducing our team with Dalia Serrat Massana , our Area Manager for the Nordic countries and Eastern Europe at MIMASA WASHING TECHNOLOGIES .

She first joined the company through the Projects Department, where she spent a year managing technical documentation. Before that, she worked in the design and redesign of fibre‑optic networks for towns, industrial areas and remote locations, an experience that strengthened both her technical mindset and her ability to adapt quickly. ⚙️

After finishing university, she moved to Dublin for eight months to improve her English, an experience that shaped her open, social and flexible character. Nowadays, she brings that same energy into her work: connecting with people, motivating people from all departments, and navigating challenges with ease.

Outside the office, Dàlia is passionate about nature, sports and discovering the world through simple, spontaneous and often improvised travel. She loves turning unplanned trips into real adventures, and she’s also the kind of person who can jump into any conversation.
