Meet our attending team - Laurin Kreischer, Customer service manager and sales assistant

Today we’d like to introduce Laurin Kreischer , who joined the MIMASA WASHING TECHNOLOGIES team this past February as the sole member of our Customer Service department.

In his day‑to‑day role, Laurin acts as a link between projects, clients, and our internal departments, while also managing the administrative and logistical tasks related to international transport.

Before joining MIMASA, he worked in the tourism sector and is currently completing a Master’s degree in Sustainable Tourism and ICT. Even so, his commercial background eventually led him back to the world of international trade.

He loves to travel, and his “current” favourite destinations include Asia and the Balkans , a region he highly recommends to anyone looking for vibrant cultural, historic, gastronomic, and unique experiences. ⛰️

Outside of work, Laurin enjoys cooking for friends, playing billiards, doing BBQs, and scuba diving. He holds the Advanced certification and plans to continue training and diving.

When it comes to languages, he speaks German thanks to his parents, as well as Catalan, Spanish, English, and enough French to hold a good conversation. ️
