Meet our attending team - Sònia Pérez, Area Manager for Latin America and Central America

Following Dàlia, let us introduce Sònia Pérez , a key part of MIMASA for more than 10 years.

As Area Manager for Latin America and Central America, she focuses on creating new business opportunities and strengthening our presence across these regions.

Throughout her journey at MIMASA, she has held several roles, including Customer Service, which gave her a deep understanding of our machines, our processes and our clients’ needs.

Before stepping into her current role, she was already selling our machines, an experience that now makes her a trusted partner for any customer seeking clarity and confidence.

Outside of work, she’s passionate about wine, caring for her vineyard and garden and a true wine lover and connoisseur.

For any Catalan food lovers: She also makes her own xuixos a la brasa with Ratafia. If you want to know more, just ask her at our stand , also here’s a little tip: it’s a sweet Catalan delicacy.

She speaks English, Catalan, Spanish and even a bit of French, making her a versatile and approachable partner for international collaboration.
