When international trade visitors meet at interpack 2026 in Düsseldorf from May 7 to 13, the focus will increasingly be on the process steps before packaging. In the meat industry, pressing, slicing and subsequent product handling are decisive for product quality, yield and efficiency. Under the motto "From Press to Pack - Fully Automated", Provisur Technologies will be presenting an integrated high-performance line for bacon processing at stand A45 in hall 5 - and will be focusing on a technology that will fundamentally change product handling: the Formax ® Free Movement System (FMS).
