SIAT BeeWrap+ – Maximum Flexibility in Pallet Wrapping

BeeWrap+ is the self-propelled pallet wrapping robot designed by SIAT to deliver maximum operational flexibility and high efficiency at the end of the line. Unlike traditional turntable stretch wrappers, BeeWrap+ does not require a fixed installation area: it can be easily moved wherever needed, adapting to production flows while reducing space requirements.


This wrapping robot is ideal for loads of any size and shape, handling weights from approximately 20–55 kg up to very heavy and oversized pallets. The powered pre-stretch system (up to 240%) optimizes film consumption while ensuring excellent load stability and safety during transport.


BeeWrap+ can be configured with different film carriage options to meet specific application needs:

  • M (mechanical brake)
  • FM (electromagnetic brake)
  • LP (powered pre-stretch)


Available options include remote control, photocell for dark pallets, and different wheel types (standard, non-marking, and for abrasive floors), making it suitable for a wide range of industrial environments.


For enhanced safety, BeeWrap+ can be equipped with a laser scanner system that detects obstacles or operators in the working area, automatically stopping the machine to ensure safe operation even in shared workspaces.
