Scrum: The new dimension driving Dara Pharma’s work methodology.

Workflow is an essential part of ensuring that a company’s engine runs smoothly.

At Dara Pharma, led by Agustí Prats (Operations & Electrical & SW Design Director), Isaac Tejero (Project Management & Planning Director), Anna Brunet (Engineering Operations Leader), and Francesc Tasquer (Production Manager), a new methodology was born to unify and improve collaboration across departments.

The Scrum project aims to enhance project development and management. Departments involved in this methodology seek to bring greater agility to production and design processes, fostering a transversal approach while encouraging each individual to see their work as part of a shared reality. The ultimate goal is to strengthen teamwork, ensuring that every member feels part of a common objective.
