Cavanna Packaging Group is going to exhibit at Interpack a wide variety of machinery and new plant, which represent innovation and improvement in the packaging market. At our booth, you can see for the entire exhibition period:

- Packaging system for regular products such as chocolate bars, cereal bars, snacks with a series of belt conveyors feeding products 90° to the wrapper driven. This system closes gaps, controls back pressure and indexes the products into the right angle infeed of the wrapper, with the bars all broad edge leading. Since the bars are conveyed broad edge leading they require a lower linear belt speed than if conveyed long edge leading. This lower belt speed reduces build up on the belts, reduces chocolate melting, requires less production space and provides minor product storage as well as reduced required cleaning, compared to the conventional in-line wrapping system. Products are further phased and inserted in the new Zero4 wrapper (completely new design) that is presented here in wash down version to accommodate all clients that, in addition to high technology, are looking for high level of clean ability.
