Trend towards US-European consistency

In the US cosmetic products are currently listed in a nomenclature pursuant to the CFTA (Chemistry, Toiletry and Fragrance Association) now called the Personal Care Products Council. The trend, however, is towards a globally uniform INCI nomenclature. © Beiersdorf
