The further development of the offered training concentrates on the needs and wishes of the customers. New formats and content were therefore developed in close cooperation with customers. Because
the requirements for overseeing production, for machine operators and other professionals have continued to increase due to digitalisation and automation. Among other things, modern robot technology, change of formats, digital control and data-driven fault analyses make it necessary to offer employees re-education or further training.

At the same time, the lack of trained professionals poses great challenges to companies and makes it all the more important to provide existing staff with the best possible training. In the USA, there is therefore a
trainer for educating customers on site, on location in Charlotte. All in all, the company favours a hybrid approach with both face-to-face and online training sessions.
