As we all know, it’s good to keep hydrated. Doctors and nutritionists recommend two to three litres of water per day. It helps our bodies detox, sustains the elasticity of our skins and ensures a balanced metabolism. For an extra portion of health lots of people use food supplements – in the form of capsules, tablets and powder.

Orthomol, a company that specialises in combinations of micro nutrients, has created a special bottle which contains a range of nutrients as an integral part. It’s very simple: the nutrients are in the drinking lid. Depending on our needs, we screw the relevant capsule onto the water-filled bottle. Next, we pull off the outer film from the capsule, remove the protective lid, press down a pin, shake thoroughly – and the desired nutrients unfold their full strength in the water.

Four different capsules are available in various flavours, with ingredients for beauty, concentration, sportiness and sunshine. The Quickcap bottle is made from a transparent, non-breakable plastic called Tritan™. It can apparently survive up to 1,500 wash-ups and is free from bisphenol A (BPA) and other plasticisers. If we don’t want to drink a whole bottle of fitness and beauty all at once, all we need to do is close the bottle like any normal water bottle, tightening the lid.

The four varieties:

Quick Beauty
with the touch of peach tea. Filled with collagen and hyaluronic acid, supplemented with biotin, zinc and selenium, the Beauty Quickcap apparently ensures beautiful hair and fingernails.

Quick Brain
to improve alertness and concentration at work, university and school. The Brain Quickcap adds a lemony flavour, combining guarana, Paraguay tea and green tea.

Quick Sports
adds an extra kick to physical exercise. The Sports Quickcap comes equipped with five different electrolytes, L-carnitine, coenzyme Q10 and guarana. It has an invigorating effect, with a taste of orange and grapefruit.

Quick Sun
provides a touch of summer and the fruitiness of mango and passion fruit. The Sun Quickcap is full of vitamins A, C and D as well as minerals to maintain the antioxidant network of the skin.
