New SnapSlide closure offers accessible child-resistant packaging

Several years ago Rocky Batzel wanted to find a better solution to help his grandmother open and close child-resistant packaging caps on her pill bottles. His journey led him to start SnapSlide LLC, which has developed a new type of no-torque, child-resistant (CR) closure that enables single-handed opening of pharmaceutical bottles. The product is now going commercial.
