Welcome to up!date 05 for components 2023.

There are still a good 2 months to go until your trade fair appearance. Please note that a late-order surcharge of 35% will be applied to orders for technical services received after 2 April 2023.

Please also bear in mind that, due to current world events and the resultant overall market situation, stand construction capacities are limited this year.
We therefore urgently request that you order this service promptly so that we can guarantee its provision. Here is an overview of our stand construction concepts.

IMPORTANT:

Don't forget to apply for your visa as soon as possible.

Due to the high number of visa requests, visa appointments are currently fully booked. We therefore recommend that you send your visa application well in advance for all your upcoming business travels to Germany. Visa applications can be sent up to six months ahead of the travel dates. The German Consulate is trying their best to honour all visa requests for business commuters travelling to shows in Germany.

As new appointments are opening up continuously, we recommend that you check the availability multiple times a day. The best chance to get an appointment slot is in the mornings.

Admission Vouchers

If you’d like to encourage customers and other interested parties to come to a decision, we suggest that you use our voucher codes and invite them to visit you at your trade fair stand. Wondering how it works? It’s very simple actually. You send them a digital voucher, and the recipient then picks up their e-ticket online, using the code.

PLEASE NOTE and inform your customers about the following changes:

• Admission vouchers can only be redeemed in the components online ticket shop. An on-site redemption will not be possible.

Important: Don't forget your bus and train ticket.

Free travel to and from events at the Düsseldorf venue by local public transport, which was previously included in the admission vouchers and exhibitor passes, will no longer be possible, a ticket must be purchased. For more information, visit www.messe-duesseldorf.com/arrival.

Travelling by train For long-distance travel, the Deutsche Bahn event ticket is an inexpensive and simple alternative.

Conference and Meeting Rooms

Short distances are especially welcome during long trade fair days. Office, congress and conference rooms from 15 to 130 square metres are available right here at the exhibition centre. We require your binding reservation no later than 17 April 2023. And Düsseldorf Congress is an ideal partner for event locations in the direct vicinity, for example for a customer event.
