For quite a while a cereal bar was the centre of attention in a study, designed to investigate how food is influenced by packaging. This led to some important conclusions about what might potentially be perfect packaging. The study was masterminded by the food packaging engineer Alexander Witt. The young researcher has been working in the consultancy department of Pacproject since October 2015. In our interview he will be talking about perfect packaging, the SAVE FOOD initiative, compostable packaging on the market and various other subjects.
