Did you know that as an exhibitor at interpack you are eligible to reserve a parking spot on the exhibition grounds? We recommend that you order your parking pass early, since space is limited. The order deadline is 18.04.2017.

up!date 04 brings you further new topics and dates that are crucial to the planning of your trade fair participation in the coming weeks.

Please remember that a late charge of 35% will be assessed for orders received after 03.04.2017.

Advertising on the exhibition grounds

Place your message where everyone will see it, for example in entryways, footbridges, or on an escalator handrail. Customers love to be surprised. And there is plenty of room for your ideas: on billboards, city light posters, paper towel dispensers and much more. It’s best to order now – the best spots are extremely popular. The order deadline is 06 March 2017.

Exhibitor Pass: Your Ticket to Local Public Transport

Your exhibitor pass allows you to ride with busses, metro and trains (2nd class) in the Rhine-Ruhr linked transport system (VRR), price level D, to and from the trade fair, free of charge. Please be sure to order any additional exhibitor passes by 19 April 2017.

Forwarding Services & Container

Please remember that it is not allowed to operate your own cranes or fork lifts at the exhibition centre. Forklifts, containers and other heavy equipment can be ordered from a trade fair exporter and should be reserved as early as possible to secure loading appointments and prevent long wait times. The order deadline is 17 April 2017.

Please register your evening event with us by 17 April. We will then provide the stipulated security staff and ensure that your visitors outside of opening times can be admitted. To also make sure everything runs smoothly in the event slot between 7 pm and 10 pm please make yourself acquainted with the security measures in advance.

At the beginning of the trade fair, you will receive wastebasket liner sets in different colours that support effective waste separation. The service partners pick up your recyclables every day after the trade fair closes.
