Please remember that a late charge of 35% will be assessed for orders received after 16 March 2020.

Admission Vouchers with Codes

If you’d like to encourage customers and other interested parties to come to a decision, we suggest that you use our voucher codes and invite them to visit you at your trade fair stand. Wondering how it works? It’s very simple actually. You send them a digital voucher, and the recipient then picks up their e-ticket online, using the code. All they need to do is print out the ticket. It also serves as a public transport ticket for buses, trains and trams on the local transport network VRR.

Scan2Lead

Visitor data is valuable. Use the easiest solution to capture everything important quickly and safely: scan the barcode on your visitor’s badge and you will immediately get all their registered data for further processing.

You can benefit from state-of-the-art technology that is easy to handle and adapt to your selective enquiry and processing wishes – for instance, with tags that you define yourself or for direct transfer of the data to your CRM. Conference Rooms

Short distances are especially welcome during long trade fair days. Office, congress and conference rooms from 15 to 130 square metres are available right here at the exhibition centre. We require your binding reservation no later than 20 April 2020. And Düsseldorf Congress Sport & Event is an ideal partner for event locations in the direct vicinity, for example for a customer event.
