Please remember that it is not allowed to operate your own cranes or fork lifts at the exhibition centre. Forklifts, containers and other heavy equipment can be ordered from a trade fair exporter and should be reserved as early as possible to secure loading appointments and prevent long wait times. The order deadline is 20 April 2020.

It not only saves time – it also simplifies your pre-sorting: allow the experts to take care of your waste disposal. At the beginning of the trade fair, you will receive wastebasket liner sets in different colours that support effective waste separation. The service partners pick up your recyclables every day after the trade fair closes.

Please register your evening event with us by 30 April. We will then provide the stipulated security staff and ensure that your visitors outside of opening times can be admitted. To also make sure everything runs smoothly in the event slot between 7 pm and 10 pm please make yourself acquainted with the security measures in advance.

Advertising on the Exhibition Grounds

Place your message where everyone will see it, for example in entryways, footbridges, or on an escalator handrail. Customers love to be surprised. And there is plenty of room for your ideas: on billboards, city light posters, paper towel dispensers and much more. It’s best to order now – the best spots are extremely popular. The order deadline is 13 February 2020.
