Modular rotary labelling - Panther
Panther is a new modular labelling machine line, a flexible solution which allows to combine different label application technologies on a single rotary machine. Every module consists in a labelling station assembled on an easily replaceable cart. Panther allows to combine wet glue, hot melt, roll fed and autoadhesive stations.
 
Available features:
Electronic cam system: every plate is equipped with an independent brushless servomotor regulated by a programmable driver. This system allows the plates to perform complex movements, guaranteeing the user a virtually infinite range of application in terms of container shapes and label dimensions – while making possible the construction of smaller machines. Further advantages of the electronic cam system are the possibility to include centering, controlling and coding devices, even at a later date.

Rotary labelling - Leopard AD
Leopard AD is an automatic labelling machine, designed for the application of multiple self-adhesive labelling machines on cylindrical, conical, oval and square-based containers.

Available features:
Electronic cam system: every plate is equipped with an independent brushless servomotor regulated by a programmable driver. This system allows the plates to perform complex movements, guaranteeing the user a virtually infinite range of application in terms of container shapes and label dimensions – while making possible the construction of smaller machines. Further advantages of the electronic cam system are the possibility to include centering, controlling and coding devices, even at a later date.
The non-stop application system provides a continuous self-adhesive label feed. This system consists of two parallel labelling stations for the application of the same label: once the reel on the first station is finished, the second station starts working, while a new reel is loaded on the first one. The overall production efficiency thus benefits from the elimination of downtimes usually needed for loading new label reels.
The Leopard project comes into being with a specific goal: developing a line of labelling machines suitable for meeting the demands of a constantly evolving market. Every machine is designed after the customer’s requests in order to satisfy his specific needs, and developed according to a modern conception which brings together simplicity and sturdiness.

Every Leopard model can be assembled in 'mixed' versions featuring different application technologies (Self-adhesive, Cold glue, Hot glue).

Rotary labelling - Leopard FIX
Leopard FIX is an automatic labelling machine, fit for the application of multiple labels on cylindrical, conical, oval and square-based containers by means of a wet glue system.

Available features:
Electronic cam system: every plate is equipped with an independent brushless servomotor regulated by a programmable driver. This system allows the plates to perform complex movements, guaranteeing the user a virtually infinite range of application in terms of container shapes and label dimensions – while making possible the construction of smaller machines. Further advantages of the electronic cam system are the possibility to include centering, controlling and coding devices, even at a later date.
The fixed magazine technology available on wet glue labelling stations allows to load new labels without stopping or slowing down the machine. The rotatory-oscillatory movement performed by the glue pallets guarantees a delicate collecting and a precise application of the labels even at a high production speed. These units feature the possibility of adjusting the thickness of the glue on a micrometric scale, a system for the automatic washing of the grippers, and a pneumatic glue pump. The glue warmer is optional.

Leopard HOT MELT is designed for the application of paper or plastic wrap-around labels on cylindrical or shaped containers, by means of a hot glue system.

This system allows the plates to perform complex movements, guaranteeing the user a virtually infinite range of application in terms of container shapes and label dimensions – while making possible the construction of smaller machines. Further advantages of the electronic cam system are the possibility to include centering, controlling and coding devices, even at a later date.
The fixed magazine technology available on hot melt labelling stations allows to load new labels without stopping or slowing down the machine. The Hot Melt labelling stations are sturdy electromechanical units whose precision is guaranteed by the mechanical syncronization with the machine.

Linear labelling - Tiger
Tiger is an automatic labelling machine designed for the application of multiple self-adhesive labels on shaped containers, featuring a linear conveyor belt that allows the labelling of voluminous containers.

Linx is a linear  automatic labelling machine, designed for the application of partial or wrap-around labels on cylindrical containers by means of a horizontal strip glue application system, or wet glue system.
 
This model is available in different versions for the packaging of 40 to 170mm-diameter containers and 80 to 550mm-long labels.
 
Production speed from  1.000 up to 6.500 containers per hour.

Station -  Jaguar
Jaguar is a high-performance self-adhesive labelling station which can be included independently on production lines or in complex labelling machines.

These units are characterised by a solid structure, a double-contrast roller label-driving system, and an electronic circuitry developed to guarantee the most accurate label application even at high production rates.

The model is available in different versions to suit production rates from 40 to 140 metres per minute.
