For the first time, the patent (applied for) technology of case sealing with Cold glue / Water based adhesive will be demonstrated. Cold glue is more cost effective compared to hotmelts and adhesive tapes - and also provides best in class tamper evidence.

STELDA Random Case Sealer with Mutiple Sealing Options
Stelda range of Case sealers from Welbound stand out for high end automation delivered through a smartly designed and rubust machine. AR500 GT model supports hotmelt glue, dispersion adhesive (WBA) and adhesive tapes. Each box is measured before entry into the machine and every setting is automatically changed to seal the box perfectly. The On-demand-Case sealing (ODCS) feature provides huge flexibility to brands for manufacturing, where the market demands multiple SKUs. Every box that can be sealed by the AR500 can be a different size - be it length width of height.
The multiple sealing options - of adhesives and/or tapes allows contract packagers to switch between the preferred options - without moving into another line or machine. The solution also supports taping after gluing for providing additional security as required by few brands.
AR500 GT is all about automation, flexibility, efficiency - and will be displayed in Interpack 2017 with IIOT support (Industrial Internet of Things) - users will be able to access realtime production data even while they are on the move.
